The domestic HR Recruitment Office as part of a global company is responsible for search and selection of the right candidates. Become part of our recruitment office and support the HR managers as well as the different departments in selecting the right candidates and accompany them during the application process. 

From September onwards we are looking for at least six months for a:

Working Student (m/f) in Recruitment

The required working hours are about 18 hours per week whereby presence time to be negotiated.  

Your responsibilities:
Support in the overall recruitment process:

• Application management and correspondence  
• Responsibility for job advertisements, cooperation with job fairs, interface for posting agencies  
• Close collaboration with HR managers and the different departments
• Organization and preparation of university fairs  
  
  

Your profile:

• Your are in the main course of studies (Business Administration or industrial psychology) with focus on HR
• Great interest in HR and recruiting
• High customer orientation and flexibility
• Organizational talent and very structured way of working
• Strong communication skills
• Teamplayer
• Innovative spirit
• Interest in a longlasting employment
• Fluent English (verbal and written)
• Good in handling of MS Office
