Become part of our HR department in Hamburg and work closely with HR Managers and the HR administration team on relevant HR topics and projects.  

From September onwards we are looking for at least six months for a: 

Working Student - projects, processes, systems (m/f)

Job ID 7296 

The required working hours are about 18 hours per week whereby presence time to be negotiated.

Your responsibilities:

• Assist in global projects, e.g. Employee Survey 2011, People Perfomance Management, Long-Term-Incentive-  Programs etc.
• Prepare internal audits by creating new HR process documentations
• Support HR-Systems e.g. SAP, Global HR Systems, Organizational Management 

Your profile:

• You are in the main course of studies (Business Administration, Mathematics, Informatics)
• Great interest to gain a good overview about general HR topics
• High affinity to analyze data  
• Fluent in German and English
• Good in handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), MS Access
• preferably knowledge in programming, e.g. HTML or Visual Basic
• High customer orientation and flexibility
• Structured way of working  
• Strong communication skills
• Teamplayer
